Engineering: Systra validates takeover of Xelis and Inexia
Systra Group, subsidiary of Paris metro operator RATP and French rail operator SNCF, completed the first stage of its restructuring on 30th June 2011 with the transfer of control of Xelis and Inexia from the RATP and SNCF.
